Village Chief (Tanoa)
The wise village chief of Ætheria, where Tharen and Thanos grew up. Respected for his great wisdom and sense of justice, he has always guided his people with discernment. Though kind-hearted, he had to face Tharen's anger after his failure to be selected as the Rune Guardian. His role is crucial in maintaining the village's balance and preserving peace, while also confronting the growing shadow of Tharen's quest for vengeance.
Hero (Tharen)
Originating from the village on the Isle of Ætheria, Tharen is a man driven by rage and frustration. Rejected as the new Rune Guardian, he feels betrayed by his community and withdraws into exile. His heart filled with anger, he returns to the island, determined to seize the runes by force and exact his revenge. By causing the distribution of the runes across the island, he triggers the beginning of a dangerous quest, where each rune is a step toward his goal: destroy those who rejected him and dominate the powers of the runes.
Rune Guardian (Thanos)
Thanos était l'actuel gardien des runes, un homme respecté pour sa force, son intégrité et son dévouement à la protection des puissances anciennes. Lors du retour de Tharen, animé par la colère et la quête de vengeance, Thanos s'est opposé à lui dans un combat dévastateur. La lutte intense entre les deux a culminé en une explosion cataclysmique, marquant la mort de Thanos et la répartition des runes sur l'île. Son sacrifice a ouvert la voie à un nouvel ordre, mais son héritage de gardien des runes demeure une légende, et son absence laisse un vide profond à Ætheria.
Rune of Fire
The Fire Rune, obtainable in the volcano, grants the ability to light your immediate surroundings. By activating this rune, an intense light spreads around you, revealing the darkness and aiding your exploration in shadowy areas. This mechanic allows you to better navigate hostile environments, providing clear vision even in the darkest places of the game.
Rune of Air
The Air Rune, obtainable on the floating island, allows you to move objects from a distance by manipulating the air currents. By activating this rune, you can control the wind to move environmental elements, solve puzzles, or interact with objects remotely. This ability offers great freedom of action and a new way to explore hard-to-reach areas.
Rune of Water
La rune d'eau, récupérable dans la grotte, vous permet de lancer des projectiles d'eau. En l'activant, vous pouvez créer et projeter des jets d'eau à distance, utiles pour attaquer vos ennemis, activer des mécanismes ou éteindre des feux. Rune of Earth
The Earth Rune, obtainable in the forest, allows you to raise the pillar where all the runes must be gathered. By activating it, you unlock access to this central pillar, marking the culmination of your quest to collect the different runes. This mechanic paves the way for the final stage of your adventure, symbolizing the fusion of the elements and the activation of a primordial power.
Floating Island
A floating island suspended in the air, mysterious and accessible only through a magical portal. It houses the Air Rune, symbolizing freedom and lightness.
Volcano
An active volcano, roaring with heat and lava, where the Fire Rune lies in its incandescent heart, guarded by fire creatures.
Cave
A deep, shadowy cave, hiding the Water Rune. Its walls echo with the whispers of underground currents, sheltering ancient secrets.
Forest
A dense forest, where nature reigns supreme. The Earth Rune is buried there, protected by vegetation and woodland creatures.
